THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal")

NOTING the Defendant's Motion to Enforce the Prosecutor's Compliance with the Order Dated 5 March 1998 ("the Motion"), filed by Defence counsel on 10 June 1998 (Official Record Registry Page ("RP") D6228- D6231), in which the Defence requests that all witness statements be delivered to it without redaction and 21 days before trial, pursuant to an Order of this Trial Chamber of 5 March 1998;

NOTING the Scheduling Order ("Order") issued by the Trial Chamber on 5 March 1998 (RP D2242-D2244), by which the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") is bound to submit the statements of witnesses it intends to rely upon at trial not less than twenty-one days prior to the commencement of the trial, that is by Monday 15 June 1998;

CONSIDERING that the Prosecution has not obtained the leave of this Trial Chamber to redact portions of these statements;

CONSIDERING ALSO the standard practice of the International Tribunal of filing documents with the Registry;

HEREBY ORDERS,

PURSUANT to Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal that:

(1) the Prosecution shall file with the Registry by Monday, 15 June 1998, unredacted statements of the witnesses it intends to rely upon at trial.
