THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING that the Office of the Prosecutor according to its submission of 25 July 2002 is ready to proceed with the Case-in-Chief on 1 October 2002,

NOTING that the Defence counsel according to its submission of 28 July 2002 would need two months after the Case-in-Chief for preparation of the defence;

NOTING that the assignment of two Judges to the Prosecutor v. Darko Mrdja is a prerequisite for hearing the case,

NOTING the statement of the President of the International Tribunal in the attached memorandum of 26 July 2002 that there are no Judges available at present,

HEREBY ORDERS that the case of the Prosecutor v. Darko Mrdja will not be heard during the year 2002 for the reasons provided in the attached memorandum from the President of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY INVITES the parties to a Status Conference on Tuesday 24 September 2002 in Court Room II, which at the same time will be an ex officio hearing on the ongoing detention of the Accused on which issue the Parties are invited to submit observations by 16 September 2002,

This Scheduling Order corrects typographical errors in the Scheduling Order of 29 July 2002 and renders that Order null and void.
