The final sentence of the first paragraph of paragraph 7 of the Decision of the Bureau on Motion to Disqualify Judges Pursuant to Rule 15 or in the alternative that certain Judges Recuse Themselves of 25 October 1999 ought to read "Fourteenth Plenary Meeting of the Judges" rather than "Fourth Plenary Meeting."
