I, Antonio Cassese, President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia ("the Tribunal"),

Considering Article 14 of the Statute of the Tribunal and Rules 27 and 72 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal,

Considering my previous orders dated 5 September 1996 and 4 October 1996,

Having consulted the Judges of the Tribunal,

HEREBY DECIDE to assign the following Judges to the bench of three Judges of the Appeals Chamber provided for under Rule 72(B)(ii) for the purposes only of the appeal on the decision of the Trial Chamber denying the provisional release, filed by counsel for Zejnil Delalic on 8 October 1996, in the case IT-96-21-T, Prosecutor v. Zejnil Delalic et al.:
