THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991;
PURSUANT TO RULE 54,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
(i) The Trial Chamber shall not sit in the present proceedings from Monday, 28 April 1997 to Thursday 1 May 1997.
(ii) The Trial Chamber shall resume sitting at 10.00 a.m. on Monday, 5 May 1997.
(iii) The Prosecutors Motion Seeking a Decision on the Scope of Cross-Examination and Brief on Related Issues Concerning Examination of Witnesses which was originally set down for hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 28 April 1997 shall now be heard at 10:00 a.m. on Monday 5 May 1997.
