THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991;
PURSUANT TO RULE 54,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
(i) On Wednesday, 7 May 1997 the Trial Chamber shall commence sitting in this matter at 2:30 p.m.
(ii) The Trial Chamber shall hear oral arguments on the Request for a formal finding of the Trial Chamber that the Accused Landzo is fit to Stand Trial filed by the Office of the Prosecutor, (Official Record at Registry Page ("RP") D 3307 - D 3309) at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 8 May 1997. This matter shall be heard in closed session.
(iii) The Trial Chamber shall not sit in the present proceedings on Monday, 12 May 1997 and Tuesday, 13 May 1997. The Trial Chamber shall resume sitting at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 14 May 1997.
(iv) The Trial Chamber shall not sit in this matter on Monday, 26 May 1997. The Trial Chamber shall resume sitting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 27 May 1997.
(v) Exceptionally, the Trial Chamber shall sit in this matter on Friday, 16 May 1997 and Friday, 30 May 1997.
