THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal");
NOTING the Status Conference of 17 April 1997;
FURTHER NOTING the "Request for Amendment to the Scheduling Order of 17 April 1998" (Official Record at Registry Page ("RP") D6087-D6090) filed 21 April 1998 by Counsel for Zejnil Delalic;
CONSIDERING that, pursuant to Article 20, paragraph 1, of the Statute of the International Tribunal ("Statute") the "Trial Chamber shall ensure that a trial is fair and expeditious and that proceedings are conducted ... with full respect for the rights of the accused";
PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 20, PARAGRAPH 1 OF THE STATUTE AND RULE 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,
HEREBY ORDERS that the Trial Chamber shall sit in this matter:
i. from 18 May 1998 to 12 June 1998 and,
ii. from 22 June 1998 to 7 August 1998.
