TRIAL CHAMBER I, SECTION A ("the Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the Tribunal"):
BEING SEIZED OF "Vinko Martinovic’s Defence’s List of Disputed Evidence" filed on 14 January 2002 and "Accused Naletilic Objection to Exhibit P532.1" filed confidentially on 15 January 2002;
CONSIDERING the " Response to Defence Objections on Certain Exhibits Tendered Through Witness Van der Griten" filed on 22 January 2002;
CONSIDERING that the witnesses called by the Prosecutor gave evidence of the preparation and the transmission of the E.C.M.M. reports;
CONSIDERING FURTHER that the E.C.M.M. are deemed to be relevant and capable of being of probative value;
FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS
PURSUANT TO Rule 89 (C) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;
