TRIAL CHAMBER I, SECTION A ("the Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the Tribunal"):

BEING SEIZED OF an oral request by the Prosecutor, on 24 January 2002, to tender certain documents through Sir Martin Garrod ("the Documents");

NOTING the "Joint Defence Objections to Documents Requested to be Admitted Through Sir Martin Garrod" filed confidentially on 30 January 2002;

CONSIDERING that Sir Martin Garrod gave coherent evidence of the preparation and Documents;

CONSIDERING FURTHER that the Trial Chamber deems the Documents to possess the required criteria of reliability and to be capable of probative value;

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS

PURSUANT TO Rule 89 (C) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

DECIDES that the following documents submitted by the Prosecutor are admitted into evidence:
