TRIAL CHAMBER I, SECTION A ("the Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED OF and Prosecutor’s Motion to Initially File Final Trial Brief Confidentially", filed on 18 October 2002 and the "Accused Naletilic’s Motion to Initially File Final Trial Brief Confidentially", filed on 22 October 2002;

CONSIDERING that the proceedings before the Tribunal should be public unless, inter alia, the protection of witnesses require other wise;

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,

HEREBY ORDERS that

  1. All parties may file the final trial briefs confidentially on 23 October 2002, and;
  2. A public redacted version of the final briefs should be filed no later than 4 November 2002 and that the public version should correspond to the confidential version with by having the same page numbering, paragraph numbering, footnote-numbering , etc.

Done in both English and French, the English version being authoritative.
