I, Judge Patricia Wald, acting as Pre-Trial Judge in this matter for Trial Chamber I of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("The Tribunal");
NOTING that, on 11 October 2000, the Prosecution has filed a number of motions and documents with the Registry, namely:
NOTING that the Prosecutions Pre-Trial Brief should be translated by 3 November 2000, at which time, pursuant to the Trial Chambers decision regarding the translation and filing of documents, it will be filed with the Trial Chamber and distributed to the parties;
NOTING that the defense counsel were informed that they would have to file their brieves within two weeks of the filing of the Prosecutions Brief;
PURSUANT to Rules 54, 65 ter and 72 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal;
ORDER that the Defense for both accused file their respective pre-trial brief, in accordance with Rule 65 ter (F), by 20 November 2000;
ORDER that the parties be fully ready for the Final Pre-Trial Conference to be scheduled for Thursday, 7 December 2000, at 4:00 p.m.;
