TRIAL CHAMBER I, SECTION A ("the Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED OF the following submissions:

  1. "Prosecution’s Submission Concerning the Admission of Prosecution Exhibit P928 (Rados Diary)" filed on 4 July 2002 ("the Submission");
  2. "Accuseds Naletilic’s Objection to P928 and P928/1", filed on 5 July 2002;

NOTING the oral submissions of the parties during the hearing held on 19 June 20021;

CONSIDERING that the Chamber is of the view that in the Submission, the Prosecution has not provided sufficient information as to the provenance of the copy of the hand-written version of the diary obtained in December 1998, as well as on the location of the original diary;

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,

PURSUANT to Rules 54 and 89 of the Rules,

HEREBY ORDERS the Prosecution to file additional information relating to the provenance of the copy of the hand-written original of the diary and the location of the original diary within seven days of the filing of the present decision;
