TRIAL CHAMBER I, SECTION A ("the Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1992 ("the Tribunal"):
NOTING that by "Decision on Prosecutor’s Motion to Receive Testimony via Video-Conference Link Pursuant to Rule 71bis", filed confidentially on 25 October 2001, the Chamber granted the "Motion of the Prosecutor to Receive Testimony via Video-Conference Link Pursuant to Rule 71bis", filed confidentially on 10 October 2001;
NOTING that, in co-operation with the Prosecutor’s office, the Registry and the assisting national authorities concerned, the video-conference links have been scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 27 November 2001, on Thursday, 29 November 2001 and on Monday, 3 December 2001;
CONSIDERING that due to specific organisational and technical restrictions, a fixed time-schedule had to be set for each of the video-conference links in co-operation with Registry and the assisting national authorities concerned;

CONSIDERING FURTHER that pursuant to Rule 90 (F) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal the Chamber "shall exercise control over the mode and order of interrogating witnesses and presenting evidence";
FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS
HEREBY ORDERS the parties to comply with the following time schedule for the video-link conferences on 27 and 29 November and on 3 December 2001:
