7 THE REGISTRAR: Good afternoon, Your Honours. This is case number
8 IT-05-88-T, the Prosecutor versus Vujadin Popovic et al.
9 JUDGE AGIUS: I thank you, ma'am. For the record, all the accused
10 are present. There is a rearrangement amongst the Defence teams. I just
11 want to make sure everyone is present. Everyone seems to be present.
12 And from the Prosecution it's Mr. McCloskey and Ms. Janisiewicz.
13 No one else behind the curtains. For the record also, the witness's
14 counsel is also present.
15 And I think we can now safely go into closed session and we can
