 7     Simon Davis for Vinko Pandurevic.  Good morning, everyone.  Good morning,

 8     Mr. Pandurevic.  I'm sorry that I'm not with you today and for any

 9     inconvenience and/or disappointment this may have caused due to court

10     commitments in the UK.  I am grateful to the Court for arranging the

11     telephone link facility so that I may participate in the hearing.

12             JUDGE ROBINSON:  Well, thank you very much.  Inconvenience,

13     certainly yes.  I'm not sure about the disappointment.  But we're very

14     glad to -- that you are there, and I just wanted to ensure that

15     Mr. Pandurevic -- Mr. Pandurevic, you have consented to this procedure?

16             THE APPELLANT PANDUREVIC: [Interpretation] Yes, Your Honour.

17     Yes.  I have.  I understand fully.

18             JUDGE ROBINSON:  Yes.  That was a question, not a statement.

19             Let me begin by giving a brief summary of the pending motions

20     before the Chamber.

21             First, with respect to the briefing process, the B/C/S

22     translation of the trial judgement in this case was filed on the

23     3rd of January, 2012.  On the same day, the Appeals Chamber issued an

24     order, setting a time-limit to file any amended grounds of appeal.  The

25     order sets the date by which any amendments are to be filed as

 1     3rd of May, 2012.

 2             Secondly, with respect to pending motions there are the

 3     following.

 4             Two motions filed under Rule 115 on behalf of Mr. Popovic.  These

 5     are the third and fourth motions under Rule 115 filed confidentially by

 6     counsel for Mr. Popovic on 15th of August and 19 September, 2011,

 7     respectively.  All responses and replies to these motions were filed and

 8     these motions remain under consideration by the Appeals Chamber.

 9             A motion was filed confidentially by the Prosecution on the

10     18th of November, 2011, seeking -- yes?

11             MR. SCHNEIDER:  I apologise, Your Honour.  Perhaps we could move

12     into private session to discuss that and other pending confidential

13     motions.

24     Radovan Karadzic proceedings on the 8th of December, 2011, for access to

25     confidential material in the appellant proceedings of the Popovic case.

 1     The Prosecution filed its reply on 12th December 2011, and the Chamber is

 2     to give a decision shortly.

 3             May I now ask the appellants whether they wish to raise any

 4     concerns regarding their health or the conditions of their detention.

 5             Mr. Popovic.

 6             THE APPELLANT POPOVIC: [Interpretation] Thank you for your

 7     concern.  I have no problems to raise.
