10 Let me now provide a brief summary of the status of the case.
11 With respect to the briefing process, the B/C/S translation of
12 the Trial Judgement was filed on the 3rd of January. On the same day the
13 Appeals Chamber issued an order setting a time-limit to file any amended
14 grounds of appeal by the 3rd of May, 2012. No such motions have been
15 received by the Chamber.
16 With regard to motions before the Chamber, we have the following:
17 Two motions filed by Mr. Popovic, on Rule 115, the third and fourth
18 motions, pursuant to Rule 115, filed on the 15th August, 2011, and
19 19 September, 2011, all responses and replies to these two motions have
20 been received by the Appeals Chamber and both motions remain under
21 consideration by the Chamber.
22 Two motions filed by Mr. Miletic pursuant to Rule 115. These are
23 the first and second motions pursuant to Rule 115 filed on the
24 30th of March, 2012 and the 7th of May, 2012. The English translation of
25 the first motion was filed on the 11th of April, 2012, and the

1 Appeals Chamber has received the Prosecution's response and Mr. Miletic's
2 reply to the motion.
3 The Chamber is awaiting the English translation of Mr. Miletic's
4 reply and is also awaiting the English translation of the second motion.
