 9             Let me begin by giving a summary of the status of the briefing

10     process and the motions pending before the Chamber.  Two motions are

11     filed by Mr. Popovic pursuant to Rule 115.  These are the third and

12     fourth motions under Rule 115 filed on the 15th of August, 2011, and the

13     19th of September, 2011.  All responses and replies to these two motions

14     have been received by the Appeals Chamber and both motions remain under

15     consideration by the Chamber.  Two motions were filed by Miletic pursuant

16     to Rule 115, the first and second motions pursuant to Rule 115 filed on

17     the 30th of March, 2012, and the 7th of May, 2012.  All responses and

18     replies to these two motions as well as their English translations have

19     been received by the Appeals Chamber and the Chamber will give a ruling

20     shortly.

 7     to raise any concerns regarding their health or the conditions of their

 8     detention.

 9             Mr. Popovic, do you have any matters to raise?

10             THE APPELLANT POPOVIC: [Interpretation] No, Your Honour, there is

11     nothing we need to inform you of.  If we have any problems, we deal with

12     them over there.  There are no problems.

13             JUDGE ROBINSON:  Thank you.

14             Mr. Beara.

15             THE APPELLANT BEARA: [Interpretation] Everything is quite normal

16     and customary.  I have no objections to make.

17             JUDGE ROBINSON:  Mr. Nikolic.

18             THE APPELLANT NIKOLIC: [Interpretation] Your Honour, I'm in good

19     health and there are no problems in the Detention Unit.  Thank you.

20             JUDGE ROBINSON:  Thank you.

22             THE APPELLANT MILETIC: [Interpretation] Your Honour, I have no

23     requests or any problems of any kind.
