NOTING the "Appeal Against Decision of the Trial Chamber Dated July 30, 2004 Regarding the Motion to Appoint Zeljko Olujic Lead Counsel" filed by Bruno Stojic on 13 September 2004;
NOTING the "Certification for Appeal of Decision on Conflict of Interest Revoking Counsel of Accused Stojic" rendered by Trial Chamber 1 on 1 September 2004;
CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the Tribunal as set out in Document IT/222, dated 17 November 2003;
CONSIDERING Articles 12(3) and 14(3) of the Statute of the Tribunal;
CONSIDERING Rule 65(D) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;
HEREBY ORDER that in Case No. IT-04-74-AR73.1 The Prosecutor v. Jadranko Prlic, Bruno Stojic, Slobodan Praljak, Milivoj Petkovic, Valentin Coric and Berislav Pusic, the bench of the Appeals Chamber shall, with immediate effect, be composed as follows:
