7 THE REGISTRAR: Your Honours, this is case number IT-04-74-T,
8 the Prosecutor versus Jadranko Prlic, Bruno Stojic, Slobodan Praljak,
9 Milivoj Petkovic, Valentin Coric and Berislav Pusic.
10 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Thank you very much. I'd
11 like to greet all of you here in the courtroom, the Prosecution, the
12 Defence counsel. Everybody is here today, as well as the accused. I take
13 note of the fact that Mr. Pusic is back with us. So everybody is here
14 today. For today's hearing, we have a witness, and as far as I understand,
15 protective measures will be applied for.
16 Mr. Scott, you have the floor.
17 MR. SCOTT: Good afternoon, Mr. President, Your Honours. Yes,
18 today's witness will be a closed-session witness. The protective measures
19 were granted by previous court order. The witness will testify in
20 completely closed session with the pseudonym Witness BA.
21 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Fine. We are therefore going
22 to move into closed session, and we'll have to bring down the blinds.
