5 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Would the registrar please call
6 the case.
7 THE REGISTRAR: [Interpretation] Good morning, Your Honour. Case
8 IT-04-74-T, the Prosecutor versus Prlic et al.
9 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Thank you, registrar. We are
10 in Courtroom I. Usually we are in Courtroom III, but there is work being
11 done there, technical work, and that's why we've been moved to Courtroom I.
12 I would like to greet all the members in the courtroom, the
13 Prosecution, the Defence counsel, namely Mr. Karnavas. We are very happy
14 that he is again among us. So I wish him happy new year, as I have already
15 done to all of his colleagues, and I also would like to say hello to the
16 accused. Unfortunately they are really towards the back of the room. It's
17 true that this courtroom I is not the easiest because we are rather far
18 away from one another.
19 So we shall pursue the proceedings by hearing the witness.
20 Before that -- before moving to closed session because there are protective
21 measures or, rather, private session I would like the registrar to read the
22 IC documents for the documents tendered by the Prosecution and Defence
23 counsel following the hearing of the witnesses.
24 Mr. Registrar you have the floor.

2 tendered by the OTP through Witness CR, the list submitted by 3D shall be
3 given IC 205, and the list submitted by 5D will be given IC 206. The
4 parties have also submitted lists of documents to be tendered through
5 Witness CS. The list submitted by the OTP shall be given IC 207. The list
6 submitted by 1D shall be given IC 208. The list submitted by 2D shall be
7 given Exhibit number IC 209. The parties also submitted lists of documents
8 to be tendered through Witness CT. The list submitted by the OTP shall be
9 IC 300. The list submitted by 2D shall be given IC 301, and the list
10 submitted by 4D shall be given Exhibit number IC 302. Thank you.
11 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Thank you, registrar. Now I
12 would like to ask that we move into private session for a few minutes.
