8 this Tuesday, I'd like to say good morning to all the people in the
9 courtroom. [No interpretation] ... objections and responses that we had.
10 THE REGISTRAR: [Interpretation] 3D submitted a list of objections
11 to the OTP exhibits tendered through Witness CS. That will be given
12 Exhibit number IC 213. 3D also submitted a list of objections to OTP
13 exhibits tendered through Witness CT. That will be Exhibit number IC 215.
14 And the OTP submitted a response to objections made by the Defence
15 concerning Witness CR. That will be given Exhibit number IC 216. Thank

18 MR. KOVACIC: [Interpretation] Your Honour, might I be allowed to
19 say two words? I've been informed Yes. I've been informed that you
20 received the papers so I don't have to go into the details and take up

1 CLSS to check something that appeared in the transcript. It was when CS
2 testified, Witness CS testified on the 11th of January on page 12093, line
3 11, because in our opinion a word was erroneously translated and it is
4 fairly important. We know what the word was in Croatia. I don't want to
5 burden you with the discussion. Everything is explained on that piece of
6 paper, and I hope I don't have to take up any of your time so please would
7 you issue an order for the -- for CLSS to listen to the tape again and to
8 have the passage concerned or word translated. And if necessary to
9 correct the transcript of the 11th of January. Now, I'm at your disposal
10 if there are any questions in that regard. Thank you.
11 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Thank you. I'm going to check
12 that everything is working first, the microphones. Yes, they seem to
13 be.
14 Mr. Registrar, would you ask the interpretation service pursuant
15 to Mr. Kovacic's request to look into the matter and check it out and let
16 us know with respect -- this was with respect to the terms mentioned
17 during the testimony of Witness CS. It was at page 12093, line 11. Thank
