7 THE REGISTRAR: Good morning, Your Honours. This is case number
8 IT-04-74-T, the Prosecutor versus Jadranko Prlic et al.
9 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Thank you, Madam Registrar.
10 Today we are Tuesday the 13th of February, and I greet everybody present
11 in the courtroom. The Prosecution, the Defence counsel, the accused and
12 everybody who is assisting us in our work.
13 I have to render an oral decision, and then I'm going to give the
14 floor to Madam Registrar. It has the decision regarding the request of
15 the Prosecution of 7th of February, with regard to P 00996, and P 03105.
16 Pursuant to the order with respect to the admission of exhibits linked to
17 Witness CR on the 23rd of January, 2007, the Prosecution on the 7th of
18 February, 2007, furnished a new translation of P 00998 and P 03305. The
19 Chamber considers that the translations are satisfactory and therefore
20 decides to admit the exhibits mentioned under seal.
21 That is the oral ruling. Madam Registrar, two IC numbers,
22 please.
23 THE REGISTRAR: The next two IC numbers would be IC 400 and IC
24 401.
