THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal");
NOTING the "Ordonnance du Président relative à l’attribution d’une affaire à une chambre de première instance" filed on 25 February 2003, assigning this case of Prosecutor v. Vojislav Seselj to Trial Chamber II;
NOTING Rule 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules") which provide that the accused shall be brought before a Trial Chamber or a permanent member thereof without delay;
HEREBY DESIGNATES Judge Wolfgang Schomburg as the competent Judge only for the purposes of the initial appearance of the accused Vojislav Seselj;
NOTING that under Rule 65ter a pre-trial judge still has to be appointed within seven days of the initial appearance;
HEREBY SCHEDULES the initial appearance of Vojislav Seselj for 26 February 2003, commencing at 13.15 in Courtroom I.
