I, MOHAMED BENNOUNA, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN APPOINTED as pre-trial Judge in this matter by virtue of an order of the Trial Chamber dated 3 February 2000,

BEING SEISED of a request for extension of time filed on 21 February 2000 by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") ("the Request"), seeking an extension of time of fourteen days in which to file an amended version of confidential Attachment A, as directed by the Trial Chamber in its Decision on Preliminary Motions, issued on 10 February 2000,

CONSIDERING the reasons given in support of the Request,

PURSUANT TO Rule 127 of the Rules,

HEREBY GRANT the Request and ORDER that the Prosecution shall have until Thursday 9 March 2000 to file the amended version of confidential Attachment A.
