THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

NOTING the "Order on Motions concerning measures for the protection of victims and witnesses" issued by the Trial Chamber on 10 March 2000,

BEING SEISED of the "Defense Request for sanctions for failure to comply with court orders and for permission to interview witnesses" filed on behalf of the accused Dragan Kolundzija on 21 March 2000 ("the Defence Request"), which requested the Trial Chamber to sanction the Office of the Prosecutor ("the Prosecution") for non-disclosure of material and to permit the Defence to interview Prosecution witnesses,

NOTING the Response to the Defence Request filed by the Prosecution on 8 April 2000,

NOTING the "Notice of compliance with the Trial Chamber’s Order of 10 March 2000" filed by the Prosecution on 24 March 2000, together with a "Motion for protective measures" filed by the Prosecution on the same day,

NOTING that at the status conference held before the pre-trial Judge on 28 March 2000 matters arising from the Defence Request were discussed,

NOTING the Scheduling Order issued by the pre-trial Judge on 31 March 2000,

CONSIDERING that the matters raised in the Defence Request were resolved at the status conference,

HEREBY CONFIRMS the dismissal of the Defence Request.
