I, Wolfgang Schomburg, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN DESIGNATED pre-trial Judge in the present matter by the "Order Appointing a Pre-Trial Judge" issued by Trial Chamber II of the International Tribunal on 28 November 2001;

RECALLING the oral order made by me at the status conference held on 18 January 2002, regarding the convening of a meeting pursuant to Rule 65ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules"), prior to the pre-trial conference scheduled for 18 February 2002;

PURSUANT TO Rule 65ter (I) of the Rules,

HEREBY DECIDE to hear the parties in my office in the Chambers on Tuesday 12 February 2002, at 10 am, and REQUEST for a representative of the Registry of the International Tribunal to be designated for the taking of minutes at the meeting.
