I, Judge Richard May, Presiding Judge of Trial Chamber III of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

CONSIDERING Rule 65 ter(A) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, which provides that the Presiding Judge of the Trial Chamber shall, within seven days of the initial appearance, appoint a permanent Judge of the Chamber as the Judge responsible for the pre-trial proceedings,

PURSUANT TO Rule 65 ter(A) of the Rules,

HEREBY DESIGNATES Judge O-Gon Kwon as the pre-trial Judge in this case.
