I, O-GON KWON, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
HAVING BEEN DESIGNATED as pre-trial Judge in this case by virtue of an Order of the Trial Chamber dated 2 June 2003,

NOTING that the Trial Chamber is currently seised of an "Prosecution’s Motion for Protective Measures for Victims and Witnesses", filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 5 June 2003, ("the Protective Measures Motion"),
NOTING the Order of 3 July 2003 extending the time available to the Prosecution for disclosure of the supporting material which accompanied the indictment on confirmation to a date to be set by the Trial Chamber on determination of the Protective Measures Motion,
NOTING the assignment by the Registrar of the International Tribunal of new counsel for both accused in this case,
CONSIDERING that the Protective Measures Motion has not yet been served on assigned counsel,
HEREBY ORDER as follows:
