I, Carmel Agius, Presiding Judge of Trial Chamber II of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal");

NOTING the Indictment in the case The Prosecutor v. Mico Stanisic, confirmed by Judge Amin El Mahdi on 25 February 2005;

NOTING the Decision by Judge Amin El Mahdi dated 10 March 2005 lifting the confidentiality of the Indictment against Mico Stanisic;

NOTING that Mico Stanisic ("Accused") surrendered and was transferred to the seat of the Tribunal on 11 March 2005;

NOTING the Order by the President of the Tribunal dated 11 March 2005 assigning the case against Mico Stanisic to Trial Chamber II;

PURSUANT TO Rule 64 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal;

HEREBY ORDER the detention on remand of the Accused and enjoin the Commanding Officer of the United Nations Detention Unit in The Hague to detain the Accused until further order.
