6     this document was sent to the 3rd and 5th administration.  Can you

 7     explain why?

8        A.   The 5th administration was the analytical administration of the

9     RDB.  It receives all documents about the people who are being processed

10     through the application of measures or operative coverage.  The

11     3rd administration dealt with extremism.  That is why they received all

12     information about paramilitary organisations and their activities in the

13     general territory of that region.  That is why the 3rd and the

14     5th administration were the addressees.  The last addressee is actually

15     the institution drafting the document.

 5                           [Open session]

6             THE REGISTRAR:  We are in open session, Your Honours.

7             JUDGE ORIE:  Thank you, Madam Registrar.

8             I earlier this morning made a mistake.  Whereas D264 was not

9     opposed by the Prosecution, I failed to mention it as an exhibit admitted

10     into evidence under seal.  D264 is admitted under seal.

11             Mr. Bakrac.

12             MR. BAKRAC: [Interpretation] Your Honours, it may seem that I'm

13     just copying the activities of Mr. Jordash.  It just happened, so I did

14     say that I completed my examination but there is another document that

15     was not uploaded yet.  With your permission, we'll have it uploaded by

16     Monday and I will put just one question in relation to that document.

17             JUDGE ORIE:  That we will allow for that.  Mr. Groome, I take it

18     that your request for postponement or bifurcation of the

19     cross-examination will not be bothered by this one final question, apart

20     from that it's cross anyhow.

21             MR. GROOME:  No, Your Honour.

22             JUDGE ORIE:  Yes.  May I take it that the request for bifurcation

23     or postponement until Monday is -- do you insist on a decision on that?

24             MR. GROOME:  Your Honour, can I ask that no action be taken until

25     Monday.  I still haven't gotten through these two binders and I'll raise

Page 12202

1     it with the Chamber on Monday.

2             JUDGE ORIE:  Yes, then we'll not decide before Monday.

3             We adjourn until Monday the 4th of July, quarter past 2.00 in

 4     this same Courtroom II.

 5                           --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 1.47 p.m.,

6                           to be reconvened on Monday, the 4th day of

 7                           July, 2011 at 2.15 p.m.
