TRIAL CHAMBER I, ( the "Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the Tribunal");

NOTING that the Co-Accused, Vladimir Kovacevic, was arrested on 25^th September 2003;

CONSIDERING that, Kovacevic has not been transferred to The Hague yet and that it may be appropriate to try the accused together;

PURSUANT TO Rules 54 and 65 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

HEREBY ORDERS that

1. the Pre-Trial Conference scheduled for 8^th October 2003 be adjourned to a date to be fixed;
2. the Trial scheduled to commence on 9^th October be adjourned to a date to be fixed by a Trial Chamber.
