TRIAL CHAMBER I, (the "Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the Tribunal");
PURSUANT TO Rule 64 of the Rules and Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal;
NOTING that the Indictment of submitted by the Prosecutor against Vladimir Kovacevic was confirmed by Judge on 27th February 2001;
NOTING that the "Warrant of Arrest Ordering Transfer" of Vladimir Kovacevic was issued by Judge on Florence Ndepele Mwachande Mumba on 30th March 2001;
NOTING that a Second Amended Indictment was filed on 17th October 2003;
NOTING that the initial appearance of Vladimir Kovacevic was held on 3rd November 2003;
HEREBY ORDERS the detention on remand of Vladimir Kovacevicand enjoins the Commanding Officer of the United Nations Detention Unit in The Hague to detain the Accused until further order.
