I, Judge Alphons Orie, Pre-trial Judge in the case The Prosecutor v. Miodrag Jokic et al.
(IT-01-42-PT),

PURSUANT to Article 20 and 21 of the Statute of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the Tribunal"), and to Rule 65 ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal ("the Rules");

CONSIDERING that the initial appearance of the accused was held on 14 November 2002,

CONSIDERING that a new Counsel for the Defence of the accused Miodrag Jokic ("the accused") was appointed on 11 March 2002;

CONSIDERING that the accused is on provisional release,

ORDER that a status conference be held on Tuesday 26 March 2002 at 2:30pm in a courtroom to be designated by the Registry;

STATE that the presence of the accused Miodrag Jokic is not requested but that, should the accused wish to appear in person, he should inform me as soon as possible and no later than Wednesday 20 March 2002.
