TRIAL CHAMBER I of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the hearing on the Defence for the accused Pavle Strugar Motion on the Form of the Indictment, following which the Defence was granted leave to "give a written response" to the Judges’ questions ("the Response") "not later than" Friday 15 March 2002,

BEING SEIZED of a Defence oral request for leave to file its Response by Thursday
21 March 2002 ("the Request"),

CONSIDERING that there is no reason to oppose the Request and that it is in the interests of justice to grant it,

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY GRANTS the Request and GRANTS LEAVE to file the Response no later than
21 March 2002.
