5 JUDGE FLUEGGE: Good morning to everybody in the courtroom.
6 Before we start with the examination of the next witness, I would like to
7 remind the Prosecution that according to the rules about evidence, we
8 would like to receive CDs or DVDs of the videos that we have seen now, a
9 long list, I don't want to put it on the record, and it should be
10 provided to the Chamber, and of course the other party as soon as
11 possible after we have seen and received these videos.
12 Are there any procedural matters? Thank you, Mr. Gajic, you have
13 received them. You are in a better position. But we are very optimistic
14 to receive them quite soon.
15 Are there any procedural matters? In that case we go now -- we
16 will hear the next witness in closed session according to a decision of
17 another Chamber.
