I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the appeal lodged by Mitar Vasiljevic on 30 December 2002 from the Judgement of Trial Chamber II, dated 29 November 2002, in the case of The Prosecutor v. Mitar Vasiljevic;

CONSIDERING the new composition of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal as set out in Document IT/215 of the International Tribunal ("Composition of the Appeals Chamber"), dated 13 June 2003;

CONSIDERING Articles 12(3) and 14(3) of the Statute of the International Tribunal;

HEREBY ASSIGN, with immediate effect, Judge Inés Mónica Weinberg de Roca to the present case;

AND DETERMINE that the Appeals Chamber in case No. IT-98-32-A, The Prosecutor v. Mitar Vasiljevic, will then be composed as follows:
