 7     Prosecutor versus Mico Stanisic and Stojan Zupljanin.

13             MR. ZECEVIC:  Good morning, Your Honours.  Slobodan Zecevic,

15     Stanisic Defence.  Thank you.

16             MR. PANTELIC:  Good morning, Your Honours.  For Zupljanin Defence

17     this morning, Igor Pantelic, Dragan Krgovic, and Miroslav Cuskic.  Thank

18     you.

19             JUDGE HALL:  Thank you.

20             Before we resume, we have a ruling on that matter yesterday.  I'm

21     not sure -- although we were in closed session when the application was

22     made, I'm not sure whether need be in closed session.

23             MS. KORNER:  No, I don't think it -- the application was made in

24     closed, but the ruling can certainly be made in open.

25             JUDGE HALL:  By the majority the Chamber has agreed to admit the

 1     document.  The dissent being on the basis that insufficient reason has

 2     been given for the Chamber to deviate from the guide-lines that it has

 3     set down.
