 3                           [The accused entered court]

 4                           --- Upon commencing at 9.03 a.m.

5             THE REGISTRAR:  Good morning, Your Honours.  Good morning to

6     everyone in and around the courtroom.

7             This is case IT-08-91-T, the Prosecutor versus Mico Stanisic and

 8     Stojan Zupljanin.

9             JUDGE HALL:  Thank you, Madam Registrar.

10             Good morning to everyone.  May we have the appearances today,

11     please.

12             MS. KORNER:  Good morning, Your Honours.  Joanna Korner and

13     Sebastiaan van Hooydonk for the Prosecution.

14             MR. CVIJETIC: [Interpretation] Good morning, Your Honours.  On

15     behalf of Mico Stanisic today, Slobodan Cvijetic and

16     Ms. Annemarie McNulty.

17             MR. KRGOVIC:  Good morning, Your Honours.  Dragan Krgovic,

18     Miroslav Cuskic, and Hamish Collings-Begg, appearing for

19     Zupljanin Defence.

20             JUDGE HALL:  Thank you.

21             And we're advised that there are no preliminary matters so may we

22     go into closed session so the witness may be escorted back to the stand,

23     please.

18                           [Open session]

19             THE REGISTRAR:  We're in open session, Your Honours.

20                           [Trial Chamber confers]

21             JUDGE HALL:  So do we correctly conclude that tomorrow is the

22     last sitting day for this -- until we come back to deal with the question

23     of any rebuttal witnesses and Chamber witnesses.  Tomorrow would be the

24     last sitting, subject to any information which we may wish to communicate

25     to the parties when we resume tomorrow.

Page 26341

1             MS. KORNER:  Yes.  Your Honours, that's -- as I understand it,

2     Mr. Krgovic will be closing the case for Mr. Zupljanin subject to his bar

3     table motion.  But that's -- and I see he is nodding and agrees.

4             So that is the end of the evidence unless and until we know what

5     is happening about rebuttal and any witnesses that Your Honours want to

 6     call.

7             Your Honours, I don't know whether Your Honours intend to sit

 8     again before the break.

9             JUDGE HALL:  Well, let me alert -- I --

10             MS. KORNER:  Yeah.

11             JUDGE HALL:  The oblique reference that I made to any information

12     which we may wish to communicate to you tomorrow, there is a

13     consideration -- and I'm probably being premature here but having regard

14     to where we are, I think I should alert you to this, that we may wish to

15     fix an administrative hearing for one day next week but we would be in a

16     position to confirm that tomorrow.

17             MS. KORNER:  May I just make a plea, Your Honours.  If we are

18     going to sit for administrative purposes one day next week that it is

19     either Monday or Tuesday, if that is at all possible.  Simply for my own

20     purposes.  I'm not going to be here from Wednesday, for professional

21     reasons.

22             JUDGE HALL:  Mr. Cvijetic, Mr. Krgovic, do you have a preference

23     that we should take on board in our formulation of this -- what we decide

24     to do?

25             MR. KRGOVIC: [Interpretation] Your Honours, I would kindly ask

Page 26342

1     that we do it on Tuesday, if we have to sit.  Because I myself have some

2     commitments on Monday.  Therefore, if agreeable by Ms. Korner, it could

 3     be Tuesday.

4             MR. CVIJETIC: [Interpretation] Your Honours, I am here the whole

5     of the next week.  Therefore, it is completely the same to me which day

 6     we choose.

7             JUDGE HALL:  Well, thank you.

8             We take the adjournment, to reconvene tomorrow at 9.00.

 9                            --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 1.20 p.m.,

10                           to be reconvened on Thursday, the 8th day of

11                           December, 2011, at 9.00 a.m.
