Trial Chamber I, (hereinafter "the Trial Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 (hereinafter "the Tribunal"),

CONSIDERING the request of several press attachés,

PURSUANT to Rule 81(D) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

ORDERS that, subject to any other Decision of the Trial Chamber, the taking of photographs by two press photographers designated to this end shall be authorised at the commencement of all the hearings in accordance with the instructions of the Registrar and, in particular, of the Chief of the Tribunal’s Security Service.

STATES that, subject to the security measures which the Registrar considers necessary, the number of authorised photographers shall be three today, the day of the initial appearance of the accused.
