NOTING the "Scheduling Order" issued by the Appeals Chamber on 31 October 2003;
BEING SEISED of the "Appellant’s Application for Extension of Page Limits for Supplemental Brief on Appeal" ("Appellant’s Application") filed on 21 November 2003, whereby the Appellant requests permission to file a supplemental appellate brief of 35 pages (10, 500 words) in length,
NOTING that the Prosecution has expressed orally that it does not oppose the Appellant’s Application;
CONSIDERING that the circumstances in the present case may require an oversized filing exceeding the page limit set out in provision (C) 5 of the Practice Direction on the Length of Briefs and Motions IT/184 Rev.1 ("Practice Direction IT/184 Rev.1");
