I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("Tribunal"),

NOTING the Order Referring the Joinder Motion, filed on 29 June 2005 in this case;

NOTING that the final operative paragraph on page 2 of that decision states:

SIC HEREBY APPOINT, pursuant to Rule 27 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules"), the following Judges to constitute the Trial Chamber for the purpose of determining the Joinder Motion pursuant to Rule 48 of the Rules:

Judge Patrick Robinson

Judge Carmel Agius

Judge Liu Daqun

CONSIDERING that the abovementioned paragraph does not specify a Trial Chamber to which the case was assigned;

HEREBY ORDER that the above-referenced paragraph be replaced by the following:

HEREBY ASSIGN this case to Trial Chamber III and appoint, pursuant to Rule 27 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules"), the following Judges to constitute the Trial Chamber for the purpose of determining the Joinder Motion pursuant to Rule 48 of the Rules:

Judge Liu Daqun
