1 This is Nathan Dershowitz.
2 JUDGE ROBINSON: Now, as you know this is a Status Conference
3 called in accordance Rule 65 bis which requires that a Status Conference
4 be convened within 120 days of the last Status Conference, to allow any
5 person in custody pending appeal the opportunity to raise issues in
6 relation thereto, including the mental and physical condition of that
7 person.
8 The last time Mr. Tarculovski had the opportunity to raise issues
9 regarding his detention was during the appeal hearing on the 29th of
10 October, 2009.
11 So may I ask, Mr. Tarculovski, whether you have any issues to
12 raise concerning your custody, your mental and physical well-being.
13 THE APPELLANT TARCULOVSKI: [Interpretation] Thank you very much
14 for this question, Your Honour. I don't have anything to say.
15 Everything is fine.
16 JUDGE ROBINSON: Thank you very much, Mr. Tarculovski.
17 I am to say that the Judgement in this appeal will be rendered
18 in -- in due course, and the date on which it will be rendered will be
19 announced shortly.
