10 me in a language that you can understand?

11 THE ACCUSED BRDJANIN: [Interpretation] Good afternoon, Your

12 Honour. Yes, I can.

13 JUDGE AGIUS: I thank you.

14 General Talic, good afternoon to you. Can you hear me in a

16 THE ACCUSED TALIC: [Interpretation] Good afternoon, Your Honours.

1 JUDGE AGIUS: I thank you. And good afternoon to you.

2 Appearances for General Talic.

3 MR. ZECEVIC: Good afternoon, Your Honours. Slobodan Zecevic,

4 Natasha Ivanovic-Fauveau for General Talic.

5 JUDGE AGIUS: I thank you, and good afternoon to you too.

6 [Trial Chamber and legal officer confer]

7 JUDGE AGIUS: Once more, I'm sorry for starting late, but it was

8 beyond our control. Things happen sometimes.

9 Yes. Let's -- are there any preliminaries that you would like to

10 raise?

11 MR. ACKERMAN: Your Honour, I only have a question. And I've not

12 directly asked this of the Prosecutor because I thought it probably ought

13 to be information we should all share. Because of the now again changing

14 that this particular witness will not be here this week, are we going to

15 stay on the new list, or will we go back to the original list? Does

16 anybody know that?

17 MR. CAYLEY: That I will discuss with my colleagues and I'll get

18 back to Mr. Ackerman before the end of the week. I think actually the

19 last discussion I had the order may change.

20 JUDGE AGIUS: I thank you, Mr. Cayley. Yes, I'm sure you will

21 come back to us on that. Yes. Thank you.

22 Anything else? Then I suppose we can draw the curtains down and

23 bring in the witness. Thank you.
