MR. NICHOLLS: That is the plan, Your Honour, yes.

JUDGE AGIUS: Between now and tomorrow we'll read the transcript

of the interview, which we haven't had an opportunity to go through

because it was only given to us this morning. And then more or less we

should also be in a position to help you if you have a problem on the

distribution of the time.

Is there anything else you would like to raise before we adjourn?

Is Mr. Ackerman all right?

MS. BARUCH: I'm hoping so, Your Honour.

JUDGE AGIUS: All right. No. I'm just asking as a matter of

courtesy, and please convey to Mr. Ackerman our best wishes.

So we'll resume tomorrow morning, 9.00, in this same courtroom,

unfortunately. Thank you.
