THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

NOTING the written Judgement in the Matter of Contempt Allegations against an Accused and his counsel, issued by the Trial Chamber on 30 June 2000,

NOTING that a bag containing certain personal effects belonging to Witness Agnes was tendered into evidence during these proceedings as Exhibit D6,

NOTING that the Registrar still retains Exhibit D6, as required by Rule 81 (C) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"),

NOTING that the time for any appeal against the Judgement has now elapsed,

CONSIDERING that no reason remains for the further retention of Exhibit D6,

PURSUANT TO Rule 81 (C) of the Rules

HEREBY ORDERS the Registrar to release Exhibit D6 to Witness Agnes on request.
