THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

NOTING the hearings in this matter on 1 to 4 November 1999,

NOTING the request by the accused, Milan Simic, for hearings to be scheduled for afternoons where possible, due to his medical condition,

CONSIDERING that further sittings are necessary to complete the proceedings,

HEREBY SCHEDULES further hearings to be held in the afternoons in the week commencing Monday 29 November 1999, starting at 2.30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, to be continued on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon if needed.
