TRIAL CHAMBER I, ("the Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the Tribunal");
NOTING the Decision of Judge Carmel Agius ("the confirming Judge") to confirm the indictment against Beqë BEQAJ ("the Accused") and the Warrants of Arrest and Orders for Surrender, all issued ex parte and under seal on 29th October 2004;
NOTING the arrest in Priština by UNMIK on 19th October 2004 of the Accused and his subsequent transfer to the custody of the Tribunal on 4th November 2004;
NOTING the President’s confidential Order of 3rd November 2004 to assign the case to Trial Chamber I as of the date of transfer of the Accused to the seat of the Tribunal;
NOTING the Presiding Judge’s Order of 4th November 2004 to assign Judge Alphons Orie as Pre-Trial Judge in the present case;
NOTING this Chamber’s Decision of 4th November 2004 to lift the confidentiality of the Indictment, imposed by the confirming Judge in his Decision of 29th October 2004;
NOTING the Pre-Trial Judge’s Scheduling Order of 4th November 2004 for an Initial Appearance in this case;
NOTING the request of several press attachés for authorization to take photographs and to record the proceedings on video;
PURSUANT Rule 81 (D) and 78 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedures and Evidence;
HEREBY AUTHORIZES, subject to any other Decision of the Trial Chamber or a Permanent Judge thereof,
