NOTING the Judgment on allegations of contempt against prior counsel, Milan Vujin, dated 31 January 2000 in the case The Prosecutor v. Dusko Tadic (hereinafter "the Judgment of 31 January 2000"),

NOTING the Application for leave to appeal against the Judgment on allegations of contempt against prior counsel, Milan Vujin, IT-94-1-A-R77 filed by Milan Vujin and filed in English on 7 February 2000,

NOTING the Response by the interested party, Dusko Tadic, to the Application for leave to appeal filed in English on 17 February 2000,

NOTING the Respondent’s Reply to the Response by the Interested Party, Dusko Tadic, to the Application for leave to appeal filed in English on 22 February 2000,

NOTING the Order of the President assigning Judges to a bench of the Appeals Chamber dated 8 March 2000,

NOTING the Decision on the Application for leave to appeal dated 25 October 2000,

PURSUANT to Articles 12 and 14(3) of the Statute of the Tribunal (hereinafter "the Statute") and Rules 27 and 77 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

CONSIDERING that Article 12 of the Statute states that five Judges shall serve in the Appeals Chamber,

HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the Tribunal,

ORDER that, in the case IT-94-1-A-AR77, The Prosecutor v. Dusko Tadic, the Appeals Chamber shall be composed as follows.
