I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991,

NOTING the Indictment in The Prosecutor v Rasim Delic;

NOTING that the Registry has advised that the Accused, Rasim Delic, will be detained and transferred to the seat of the Tribunal pursuant to Rule 62 on 28 February 2005;

NOTING that Rule 62 requires that the President of the Tribunal forthwith assign the case to a Trial Chamber;

HEREBY ASSIGN, effective on the date upon which Accused is transferred to the seat of the Tribunal, the present case to Trial Chamber III.
