THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

CONSIDERING the Indictment against Rasim Delic ("Accused"), which was filed by the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Tribunal on 15 February 2005,

CONSIDERING the transfer of the Accused to the International Tribunal on 28 February 2005,

CONSIDERING the initial appearance of the Accused to be held before Judge O-Gon Kwon on 3 March 2005 pursuant to Rule 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"),

PURSUANT TO Rule 64 of the Rules,

HEREBY ORDERS the detention on remand of the Accused and enjoins the Commanding Officer of the United Nations Detention Unit of the International Tribunal in The Hague to detain the Accused until further order.
